Lean Management is the efficient design of all methods and processes in a company. The aim is to meet customers’ requirements with little time and ressources, but with the best qualitay. Before making any new investments, it is advantageous to review other potentials as well – and Lean Management is a great possibility to do with.
Due to the high importance of this topic, Mr. Hagenauer visited on 21. February 2019 the workshop “Basis “Arbeiten im Fluss” schaffen – Lean Kompetenzen verankern” of the Acon Management Consulting GmbH. As part of this Workshop, the participants learn in a playful way everything about Lean Management and a human-oriented organizational culture with the simulation game “Smart Press”.
